How Do I?

Book an Appointment

Routine consultations are by appointment. Appointments can be arranged by telephoning the Surgery during opening hours 8am – 6pm, Monday-Friday. Urgent consultations can be seen the same morning or afternoon at the end of surgery. A routine appointment is for 10 minutes but if you consider you require longer than this please ask the Receptionist for advice.

We also provide appointments via The Prime Minister’s Challenge Fund, from 6-8pm Monday to Friday and from 8am-8pm at weekends.  Please telephone 01432 352600 to book an appointment.  The venue for these appointments is at Wargrave House, 23 St Owen Street, Hereford, HR1 2JB.

To improve the availability of our appointment service we are pleased to offer an online appointment booking service. Patients wishing to utilise this service should request an AccessPIN form from reception and then click on the BOOK APPOINTMENT ONLINE link. Once the link has been clicked the patient will be taken to the EMISaccess website where he/she will need to select the ‘Create Your Account’ link. At this point the patient will use the information from the AccessPIN form and their date of birth in order to create their individual account.

Once the patient has completed the registration process future access to these online services will only require the patient’s Access ID and Password.
